Sweet Smokey Cheddar Almonds

These may be my all time favorite snack. They're the perfect balance of sweet, salty, smokey, creamy, and crunchy. Plus, they're PACKED with protein. When I first started posting videos to social media I really wanted to share this recipe and thought it would be "too boring". Entertainment aside, you need to make these. They store beautifully in the fridge and make the perfect afternoon or lunchtime snack.

Ingredients

2 cups whole unsalted raw almonds

Notes

- Since this has cheese make sure you store it in the fridge in an airtight container. Let FULLY cool before storing it. - If you don't have hot honey you can make it by combining 1 tbsp honey with 1/8 tsp chili crisp or hot sauce
